To complete your analysis, all we will need are copies of your monthly account statements for the time period you would like to review. (We recommend 3 to 5 years.).
If you can provide copies of your statements in digital form (PDF format) instead of hard copy it will save everyone time and money. (Firms like Kinko's can copy to PDF and even E-mail them for you.) Or if you can not email us the scanned copy please mail us a copy on CD.
Otherwise pyhsically mail your "monthly" statement copies (no originals please) to the address on the Contact Page.
Depending upon demand, this process should take less than 2 weeks. Longer time period for Hard Copy accounts
We do not return the statements unless you specifically request them to be returned. You will be billed for the cost and a small handling fee.

Because of the poor quality or format of some firms (such as American Express Financial Advisors, Fidelity and a few others) we can not offer this service to the client's of all firms.

Obviously we can not work for free of take on endless assignments, so we have a maximum time allotment of 3 (three) hours on any analysis.
Very few cases require this much time and we would warn you in advance before taking on the case or spending the time.
Extra hours will be billed at the Consulting Fee rate with your approval.

For those of who are understand the digital age we offer a discount and have a way to save you time and money.
Instead of you making paper copies of al your statement, you mailing us the copies, us scanning the copies into digital form, us printing out the report and mailing the report back to you - we have a way to skip all that wasted effort.
Most copy places (and offices) have scanners or copy machines that can copy straight to PDF. You just e-mail us that PDF file. We will provide you a private amd secure email address. (Scanning Details)

In the event you have a legal claim against your stockbroker, we are happy to convert this analysis into a litigation format, perform a complete trade schedule and provide any other services that they might provide at a 25% reduced rate from out normal litigation pricing.

Many times our client's ask us to do additional work, such as analyze trades, do research, or track down cash flows. We are happy to accommodate your additional requests.
This also includes consulting on the results of your analysis when needed.

We will bill you for any additional at cost for occurred outside the standard services such as returning statements via FedEx.
We will charge a small handling fee for returning documents. Generally our Handling Fee is $7.50.
